CMSG brought back 7 (seven) Gold Medals and numerous other GREAT place finishes. The Nationals had some 10,000 folks 55 and better, coming from ALL 50 states, D.C. and several foreign countries, they played over a 14 day period with some 800 separate competitions at some 13 separate venues. We all need to make sure that these folks get the recognition they deserve.
NCSG won a total of 52 medals for the state; seven coming from CMSG! Way to go!
During the 2010 State Finals the Charlotte Mecklenburg Senior Games had 76 participants qualify for the 2011 National Games. We are pleased to announce that 22 of the 76 will be representing CMSG in Houston, Texas.

We are very proud to notify you that you have qualified to represent N.C. at the National Senior Games in Houston, Texas on June 14-30, 2011. And the National Games office approved NCSG's results submission on 12/15/2010 so you can now register on their website. A list of all qualifiers and additional details are at www.ncseniorgames.org on the Nationals page.
